This is an extract from the 1881 Census Returns for Northumberland which includes Kielder.
Living at Kielder Castle is Ursula Lucas. Ursula, aged 62 years, was the head of the household. Living with her were her two daughters and one servant. Her occupation was that of Housekeeper and she was born at Alnwick in Northumberland.
