This is an extract from the 1881 Census Returns for Northumberland which includes Berwick upon Tweed.
Living at number 230 Main Street is Alexander Rea. Alexander, aged 49 years, was the head of the household, married with four children. His occupation was that of a Foreman in a spade factory and he was born at Ford in Northumberland.
