This is an extract from the 1881 Census Returns for Northumberland which includes Humshaugh.
Living at number 18 Humshaugh Village is Joseph Saint. Joseph, aged 51 years, was the head of the household, married and had numerous family members living with him. His occupation was that of a Woodman and he was born at Chollerton in Northumberland.
